Terms of Service

These terms apply to anysizequilt.com and to the quilt patterns sold on it. AnySizeQuilt is operated by Semion Kremeniuk, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a pattern you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax, invoicing and billing questions, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

2. What you get

• A PDF quilt pattern generated for the configuration you chose: fabric requirements, cutting plans and diagrams, block assembly, quilt layout, borders and finishing steps.
• Instant download after payment, and a link in your receipt email to download it again.

3. Your license

When you buy a pattern, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• view, print and keep the pattern;
• make as many quilts from it as you like, including quilts you make yourself and sell or give away.

You may not resell, share, upload or otherwise redistribute the pattern or any part of it, or use it to build a competing pattern or configurator. The site, the configurator and the patterns remain our property. The blocks themselves are traditional designs; what we license is our pattern document.

4. Accuracy and your responsibility

Patterns are calculated from the size, block, fabric and options you choose. Fabric amounts include a small allowance for straightening and shrinkage, but fabric widths, precut packs and cutting habits vary, and amounts are estimates. Measure your own fabric, check the usable width setting, and cut a test block before cutting everything.

5. Safety

Rotary cutters and irons can cause injury. Use a cutting mat, close the blade after every cut and follow the manufacturers' instructions. Small parts and loose threads are a hazard for babies: check baby quilts carefully.

6. Disclaimer

The site and the patterns are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for wasted fabric or other loss resulting from using a pattern, or from errors in it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a pattern is limited to the amount you paid for that pattern. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Your quilts

You may sell quilts you make from a pattern. We appreciate a mention of anysizequilt.com, but it is not required.

9. Refunds

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the terms in effect when you bought a pattern apply to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
