Refund Policy

Quilt patterns are digital downloads delivered instantly, so all sales are final. You can size and preview your quilt and see the fabric amounts for free before buying, and we encourage you to check them first.

When we do refund

We'll refund you in full if, within 14 days of purchase:

• the PDF won't download or open, and we can't fix it for you;
• you were charged twice for the same pattern by mistake;
• the pattern contains an error and we can't send you a corrected pattern within 5 business days.

Corrected patterns

If you spot a mistake in a pattern, email us and we'll send you a corrected pattern at no charge.

How to contact us

• Email support@anysizequilt.com with your order number (it's in your receipt) or the email you used to buy, and tell us what went wrong.
• Approved refunds are issued through our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. After a refund, the download link for that order stops working.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
